 50% deposit of Total rent at time of reservation; balance 30 days before arrival.
$250 Security and Damage Deposit due 30 days before arrival.
50% Deposit is forfeited if cancelled.

Total rent is due if cancelled within 30 days of arrival unless we re-rent.
If we are able to re-rent your reserved time, we will give you a "rain check".
